 Our goal is to always provide a excellent experience, with exceptional service without the worry while you’re away at work or on vacation.   We will never cancel last minute on you or your pets’ requested care, so you don’t ever have to cancel your plans or wonder how your pets are doing!

All of our professional pet sitters and dog walkers have your pets’ best interest at all times!  Your sitter will give your pets all the love and care the need, and you will receive real-time photo/text updates with each check-in, dog walk, cat sitting, or other service request, so you can see how happy and content they are while in our care!

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for North Metro Pet Sitting. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this web site.

 

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, service updates, or changes to this privacy policy.

PAYMENT

We only accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.  We also accept cash or checks.  Your method of payment will be charged upon check-out from our web-store.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only accepted within the first 24 hours of scheduled service, and will otherwise be credited to your account for future bookings. Credit does not expire.

BUSINESS HOURS

Business hours are Monday-Friday 7am-10pm, and weekends 8am-11pm. We will monitor voicemail and emails throughout each day, and pet sitting hours are 24/7 days a week.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made by visiting the website to book your appointment. In the comments section let us know the date and time of the visit. Once your service has been scheduled, a call or text to confirm your appointment will be made within 24 hours.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation policy: Please cancel within 48 hours of scheduling service. If your service is cancelled after the 48 hour cancellation period, there will be a $25.00 cancellation charge, and your scheduled booking will be credited to your account for future service.  In the event you arrive home early from your scheduled booking, and do not need service, a credit will be applied to your account.

DAILY CHECK INS

Daily check-in hours are 7am-9pm.   When scheduling your visits, we have time blocks for morning, afternoon & evening.  Pet visits may be made within 30 minutes before or after the requested time block in certain instances, however, we do try to keep consistent times with each visit as much as possible.   We prioritize more urgent bookings first such as dogs needing medication, or dogs without a doggy door needing potty breaks. If you are needing to request a specific time your pets need care, please notify our office or add a note in our scheduling system and we will do our best accommodate you and your pets’ needs.
